As soon as you step onto the front porch you'll feel transported to a simpler time where they only thing you had to worry about catching was the tide! Open the front door into a big open floor plan with plenty of seating space, a wall mounted flat screen tv and adjacent dining area. The modern kitchen has a breakfast bar with granite countertops and custom cabinets. The wet bar is a great place to mix a cocktail and enjoy on the creekside screened porch, accessible via the dining area or the kitchen. The creekfront porch has plenty of seating for the whole family, a bed swing, and a TV. The main floor has two bedrooms. The roadside bedroom is just off the entry door and features one Queen Bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is two twin bunks just off of the kitchen; the perfect way to wake up the kids with the smell of bacon and eggs! Heading upstairs you will find a large full bathroom that is shared by two of the upstairs king bedrooms. The third queen has an ensuite bathroom. Continuing up the second set of stairs, takes you to a third level loft which offers a queen bed and dormer ceiling. The outside of the home is just as charming with a large yard and a shared walkway to a private creek dock. There is plentiful parking under the house as well as two enclosed outdoor showers.
