The rustic pine beams accenting the high ceilings, as well as the salvaged-beam mantel, are custom and Carolina vintage. The first-floor Creekside bedroom has two twins with an adjacent bathroom, which is also available to your house guests. The oceanfront master has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The living room opens up to a dining area and a beautiful, open, one-of-a-kind kitchen. The stainless-topped antique cypress and pine center island is movable and provides space for many helping hands while giving the head chef easy movement between work areas. Upstairs, you'll find two other sitting areas, one oceanfront room, and one relaxing reading space for reading, puzzles, card games, both adjacent to a half-bath. The upstairs bedrooms each have a queen and a twin with en-suite bathrooms; one bathroom has a tub and shower, and one has a shower. The bath cabinet knobs are custom-made with silver-tone sand dollars. Walking outside, you'll notice an enclosed shower house with two private berths for your use. There is also a crushed shell patio with a charcoal grill provided for family meals. A screened-in dining porch off the kitchen catches the ocean breeze to enjoy meals or fun games. Walking through the southside screened porch, you'll come to an oceanfront porch accompanied by rocking chairs and Pawleys Island hammock. Walk right onto the sand using your private boardwalk and lookout. This home has an air of vintage Pawleys Island comfort and beauty with amazing updated luxury touches.
