We have homes and condos that rent nightly during our off season November through March.

• Prices in our brochure reflect off season nightly rate excluding holidays.  Nightly prices vary depending on the season. These rates do not include cleaning / linens / administrative fee.
• Two Night Minimum stay.  
• $45 non-refundable Security Deposit.
• For Mid-Season, Shoulder Season, and Summer Season, nightly reservations can be made no more than two weeks prior to arrival , including Holiday Weeks.  Call us for availability 800-937-7352.
• Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in certified funds, travelers checks or cash.
• Linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc) are not provided with our homes.  You may bring these or rent them.
• Travel Insurance is offered on all our rentals.  This is optional, no charge if declined. 
• In Addition to the Nightly Rental Amount, the following charges vary in amount and  will be added to each reservation.  Please verify your total costs when you make your reservation.

WEEHAWKA - 75-1 Weehawka Way, Pawleys Plantation Located on the 10th fairway of Pawleys Plantation Golf Course, this 2 bedroom ground level condo is close to the pool and just minute or two from the driving range at Pawleys Plantation. Call for availabilityfor renting this condo in the gated community of Pawleys Plantation. This condo has 2 bedrooms. 2 doubles, 2 doubles Baths: 2 No Smoking. No Pets. Nightly Rates: Summer $225, Shoulder $200, Mid $165, Off $140. Departure cleaning fee: $110. WYKNOT - 754 Springs Avenue As close to the beach as you can get in this old fashioned 4 bedroom Pawleys beach house. Great creek dock across the street. The bedroom arrangement is a double, a double, a bunk, 2 twins and a port-a-crib. No Smoking, no pets. Nightly Rates: Summer $400, Shoulder $350, Mid Season $275, Off Season $200. Maid $120. WYNDHAM - 1 Wyndham Creek This 4 bedroom home is located on the mainland overlooking the creek off the south causeway. Sweeping creek views from the Florida room of this creek home. Wood floors and nice quiet yard with established trees. The bedrooms have a queen, a queen, 2 twins and 3 twins. No Smoking. No Pets. Nightly Rates: Summer $200, Shoulder $175, Mid Season $150, Off Season $130. Maid $140.
