We have homes and condos that rent nightly during our off season November through March.

• Prices in our brochure reflect off season nightly rate excluding holidays.  Nightly prices vary depending on the season. These rates do not include cleaning / linens / administrative fee.
• Two Night Minimum stay.  
• $45 non-refundable Security Deposit.
• For Mid-Season, Shoulder Season, and Summer Season, nightly reservations can be made no more than two weeks prior to arrival , including Holiday Weeks.  Call us for availability 800-937-7352.
• Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in certified funds, travelers checks or cash.
• Linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc) are not provided with our homes.  You may bring these or rent them.
• Travel Insurance is offered on all our rentals.  This is optional, no charge if declined. 
• In Addition to the Nightly Rental Amount, the following charges vary in amount and  will be added to each reservation.  Please verify your total costs when you make your reservation.

The upstairs bedrooms have a queen and a double & twin. The main floor has a queen while the loft has 3 twins. No pets, no smoking. Nightly Rates: Summer $200, Shoulder $175, Mid Season $150, Off Season $125. Maid $120 SEA HEARTH - 622 Doyle Ave. This comfortable family home has nice views of the creek which is located across the street. Nine foot ceiling and hardwood floors make the rooms even more inviting. Two living areas each with a fireplace are ideal for extended families and our snow birds. There are 4 Bedrooms: Up: king, queen; Main: queen, 2 twin. There are 4 baths. This home rents Friday to Friday. No Smoking. No Pets. Nightly Rates: Summer $300, Shoulder $270, Mid $215, Off $170. Departure cleaning fee: $145. SHACK - 615 Scarborough Avenue Enjoy the beach with your four-legged friends in this quaint 2 bedroom Pawleys cottage. It's an approximate 3 1/3 minute walk to the beach. Each bedroom has a queen bed with a sofasleeper in the living area. There is 1 bath with a shower only plus a half bath. 2 dogs allowed. SHELLSEEKER - 219 Atlantic Avenue This 4 bedroom home is about 2 1/2 minute walk to the beach and great for families. The 3 main floor bedrooms each have a queen bed and upstairs there is a king in the master bedroom and a small room with youth bunk bed. Nice open deck off of master bedroom. No smoking, no pets. Nightly Rates: Summer $325, Shoulder $185, Mid $160, Off $145. Maid $155. SHOCCO - 426 Myrtle Avenue (5 BDRM) This 5 bedroom home is great for large families. The upstairs bedrooms contain 2 doubles & twin, a king & twin, a queen & twin and a double while the main floor bedroom has a double. The fireplace is comforting in the winter. No pets, no smoking. This 4 bedroom home with a large loft on the 2nd floor is made for families. Cypress wood used throughout and large eat in sun room on roadside of home. Possible construction on south side. There are 5 Bedrooms: Main: double, double, double, 2 twins; Loft- 6 doubles & 2 twins. Baths: Main 1 and half bath. Up: Large double bath in dorm loft with 2 showers. Pets Allowed - 2 allowed. The main floor bedrooms have a queen, a queen and 2 twins. Downstairs, there is a double and 2 twins. Central heat/air on main floor, a/c units on ground level. Front and rear screened porch.
