Enjoy Pawleys for a Few Nights or a Long Weekend
We have homes and condos that rent nightly during our off season November through March.
- Prices in our brochure reflect off season nightly rate excluding holidays. Nightly prices vary depending on the season. These rates do not include cleaning / linens / administrative fee.
- Two Night Minimum stay.
- $45 non-refundable Security Deposit.
- For Mid-Season, Shoulder Season, and Summer Season, nightly reservations can be made no more than two weeks prior to arrival , including Holiday Weeks. Call us for availability 800-937-7352.
- Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in certified funds, travelers checks or cash.
- Linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc) are not provided with our homes. You may bring these or rent them.
- Travel Insurance is offered on all our rentals. This is optional, no charge if declined.
- In Addition to the Nightly Rental Amount, the following charges vary in amount and will be added to each reservation. Please verify your total costs when you make your reservation.
- Final Day Cleaning (amount varies by house/condo)
- Linens (for Pawleys Pier Village Condos only)

This 2 bedroom top floor of the house has nice views from the open porch. There is a great screened porch off of the back of the house. This one story 4 bedroom home is a 3 minute walk to the beach. It's very close to the boat ramp at Pritchard Street and there is a dock across the street for you to share. This popular 9 bedroom home has a large yard for family games. Wrap around open porches which are screened in on the creek side on the 2nd floor are great for picnics and gathering with friends. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, kitchen and outside steps to 2nd floor. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, living area and there are 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor.
