We have homes and condos that rent nightly during our off season November through March.

• Prices in our brochure reflect off season nightly rate excluding holidays.  Nightly prices vary depending on the season. These rates do not include cleaning / linens / administrative fee.
• Two Night Minimum stay.  
• $45 non-refundable Security Deposit.
• For Mid-Season, Shoulder Season, and Summer Season, nightly reservations can be made no more than two weeks prior to arrival , including Holiday Weeks.  Call us for availability 800-937-7352.
• Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in certified funds, travelers checks or cash.
• Linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc) are not provided with our homes.  You may bring these or rent them.
• Travel Insurance is offered on all our rentals.  This is optional, no charge if declined. 
• In Addition to the Nightly Rental Amount, the following charges vary in amount and  will be added to each reservation.  Please verify your total costs when you make your reservation.

FRE-MA-NAP - 213 Atlantic Avenue Enjoy this typical old-style Pawleys house which built in the 1930s. It is just across the street from the ocean, about a 3 minute wak to the beach. The large yard is inviting to children of all ages for yard games. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own sink. They have a queen, queen, double & twin, 2 doubles. There are two bathrooms, one of which is on the ground level with outside steps. No pets, no smoking. Nightly Rates: Summer $225, Shoulder $175, Mid Season $150 Off Season $130. Departure cleaning $125. GRAY HOUSE - 209 Gray Man's Loop This wonderful home is on a private cul-de-sac about a 5 minute drive to the beach. It has its own 40x20 pool. Decorated with low country art, this home is truly a special place to relax and unwind. Linens come w/this home, please strip the beds and start washing/drying them prior to leaving. This home has 3 bedrooms. On the main floor, there are 2 twins and two sofa beds in living area. Upstairs, there is a queen and a double.* No smoking, no pets. Nightly Rates: Summer $250, Shoulder $200, Mid Season $200, Off Season $175. Departure cleaning $180. HAPPY OURS - 696 Springs Avenue Have a great time in the Happy Ours. This two story oceanfront home was built in 1990 and has lots of room for play. The screened porches are a great place to watch the kids (or adults) swim in the ocean. There are 6 bedrooms: 4 upstairs and 2 on the main floor. Upstairs, there is a double, queen, 2 bunks, 2 twins and a bunk that is a twin over a double. On the main floor, a king and a queen. There are 3 full and 1 half baths. No pets allowed. No smoking. Nightly Rates: Mid Season $330, Off Season $300. Maid $150. HIGHTIDE - 501B Hazard This beautifully decorated two story home was built in 1990. There is a screened porch facing the ocean with a walkway to the beach. The home has 5 bedrooms: 1 Main floor - Queen & Twin. 4 Upstairs: King, Queen, Queen & Twin, Double & Twin. Baths: 4 Full. No smoking. No pets allowed. INNISFREE - 226A Atlantic Avenue (4 BDRM) This 4 bedroom oceanfront home has a large screened porch with a hammock in a stand. The beds are: queen, queen, double, double and a sofabed in the living room. There is carpeting in the bedrooms and wood floors in the living and dining area. No smoking, no pets. JAMERICA - 118 Pawleys Creekside Loop Enjoy the creek from a small island as well as from the floating dock at this home with many live oaks. There is almost an acre surrounding this one story home, perfect for playing games. Cable, 3 TVs, 3 VCR, 3 DVD. There is a separate den with fireplace and it is well furnished. The house also has wireless internet access. There are 4 bedrooms: King, Twin with trundle in small bedroom, Queen, 2 Twins. Baths:2 full; 2 half. No pets allowed. No smoking. You do not need to cross the street to get to the beach. The bed arrangement is a queen, a double and 2 twins upstairs and a queen on the main floor. There are two screened oceanside porches. JULIES JOY - 501 A Hazard This four bedroom home is oceanfront at the corner of Hazard and Springs Avenue. A perfect place to sit on the screened porch and watch the children play on the beach. **Weekly rate in Sept. $1770.00** It has a queen, a double, 2 twins, a double, and a crib. No smoking, no pets. Nightly Rates: Summer $500, Shoulder $300. Maid $160. Just a Vacation Down - 615 Doyle Avenue This cute two bedroom downstairs apartment is just 3 minutes from the beach. The beds are a queen and 2 twins and there is a sofabed in the living area. It has a front screened porch. One cat or dog allowed. No smoking. Nightly Rates: Summer $200, Shoulder $175, Mid Season $150, Off Season $125. Maid $105. Just A Vacation Up This cute upstairs of a duplex is a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. Wonderfully furnished, it is the perfect place for a small group. Bring "Fluffy" or "Fido" and enjoy the front screened porch with the furry family member. The bedroom with two twins has its own bath and the queen bedroom in the rear of the house has a new bathroom with jacuzzi. 1 cat or 1 dog allowed. Departure cleaning: $105 KENNEDY - 562 Myrtle Avenue This 5 bedroom home is oceanfront with wonderful views from the large L-shaped screened porch. The bed arrangement upstairs is a queen, a double, a double & a twin and 2 twins. Main floor has 2 twins in the roadside bedroom. A fold up port-a-crib is available as well. No pets. Departure Cleaning: $170 KING FENS INN - 307 Atlantic Avenue This 5 bedroom home is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. There are 4 bedrooms on the main floor with a queen, a queen, a queen & a twin, a double & a twin. The downstairs bedroom has outside entry, there is a queen and a twin. No pets. KITCHENS CREEK HOUSE - 574 DeBordieu Blvd. This inviting home has spectacular views of the creek at DeBordieu with a private dock and floating dock. There are 8 bedrooms and 8 1/2 baths. There is a screened porch ground level for extra playiing which also has a ping pong table. The house has 3 floors. Ground level has a pool table and a queen. queen&twin beds. Main floor has a queen, queen, 2 twins and 2 twins Upstairs ha sa double and 2 twins. Enjoy all the amenities DeBordieu has to offer including the golf course. Nightly Rates: Off Season Only $600. Maid $185. KNOX STATION - 170A Atlantic Avenue (3 BDRM) This 3 bedroom oceanfront home is perfect for smaller families. It has a screened porch oceanfront (no steps to the beach from there). The bedrooms have a queen, a double and 2 twins. The living area is in the center of the house. No pets, no smoking. There is a separate guest house on the roadside of the property occupied separately. Nightly Rates: Summer $400, Shoulder $300 Mid Season $275, Off Season $225. Maid $115. LAUREL OAK POINT - 3094 Vanderbilt Blvd (5 BDRM) Enjoy the tranquility of the area in this beautifully decorated home which is ocean front in Prince George, a gated community just south of Pawleys. Please see our web site on the amenities of this neighborhood. There are 5 bedrooms with a king and futon upstairs and a queen, a queen, a queen and 2 trundle beds on the main floor. There is an extra bonus room on the 3rd floor with a spiral staircase with spectacular 360 degree views. The pool and tennis court are only 1/4 mile away. There is a path to the beach which takes about 10 minutes to walk or use the golf cart to the pubic access only a minute or two away. No smoking, no pets. LEE DOWN - 167 Atlantic Avenue-Dn This downstairs of the house rents separately from September to May, it rents as part of the upstairs together in the summer months. There are two bedrooms on the south side of the house with a double and twin in each. The living area is in the front of the house and the kitchen is on the north side. The screened porch is off the living area on the south side. You share the washer/dryer with the upstairs which is located on the rear screened porch upstairs. You also have access to the crows nest upstairs with wonderful views. This house does allow one dog under 40 pounds, sorry no cats. No smoking please. LEE UP 167 Atlantic Avenue-Up This upstairs of the house rents separately from September to May, it rents as part of the whole house in the summer months. There are 3 bedrooms on the northside of the house with a king, a double and a queen & bunk. The living area and remodeled kitchen are on the south side. There is a crows nest with great views on the roof and a shared washer/dryer on the rear porch. This house does allow one dog under 40 pounds but sorry, no cats. No smoking. Nightly Rates: Shoulder $175, Mid Season $160, Off Season $150. Maid $125. LEE HOUSE - 167 Atlantic Ave. There is a full kitchen on both floors. Downstairs has separate entry and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The beds there are a double & twin, a double & twin. There are beautiful views from the crows nest. There are 5 bedrooms: Upstairs 3 bedrooms - King, Double, Queen & Bunk; Ground level (with outside steps) 2 bedrooms - Queen & Twin, Queen & Twin. Baths: Upstairs- 2 full, 1 half; 1 full bath Ground level. One dog under 40 pounds okay, sorry no cats allowed. No smoking. Summer Only - Whole house nightly rate: $400. Departure cleaning fee: $160. MAKIES - 151B Atlantic Avenue Enjoy the creek from the large covered porch of this four bedroom home. The owners have the upstairs portion of the home. This was remodeled in 2003. The bedrooms contain a queen, a queen, 2 twins and 2 twins. There is also wireless internet access. Two parking spaces for the house, please park the rest of the cars on the side of the road. MARSH DOWN - 274 Myrtle Avenue Dn This 3 bedroom downstairs of the duplex is up one flight of steps. The bed arrangement is a queen, 2 doubles and a double & bunk. The shared washer/dryer is on the ground level. There is a nice open porch from living area and a screened porch off the back of the house. No pets, no smoking.
