We have homes and condos that rent nightly during our off season November through March.

• Prices in our brochure reflect off season nightly rate excluding holidays.  Nightly prices vary depending on the season. These rates do not include cleaning / linens / administrative fee.
• Two Night Minimum stay.  
• $100 refundable Security Deposit, refunded within 14 days.
• For Mid-Season, Shoulder Season, and Summer Season, nightly reservations can be made no more than two weeks prior to arrival , including Holiday Weeks.  Call us for availability 800-937-7352.
• Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in certified funds, travelers checks or cash.
• Linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc) are not provided with our homes.  You may bring these or rent them.
• Travel Insurance is offered on all our rentals.  This is optional, no charge if declined. 
• In Addition to the Nightly Rental Amount, the following charges vary in amount and  will be added to each reservation.  Please verify your total costs when you make your reservation.

A COOLER PLACE - 619 Springs Avenue This well kept home is just across the street from the beach. It will take you about 1.5 minutes to walk to the beach. It is on stilts and has a large open porch facing east. The main floor master bedroom has a king and a private bath. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms with a king, queen and the third has a bunk and trundle. There is also a separate sunporch on the rear of the house perfect for watching movies or playing games. A Cooler Place does not allow pets or smoking. Nightly Rates: Summer $400, Shoulder $350, Mid Season $275, Off Season $200. Maid $130. A PLEASANT PLACE - 162 Norris, Litchfield Located at South Litchfield Beach. Private Pool - Recently refurnished, this home has 4 bedrooms upstairs with a King, Queen, 2 Twins, 2 Twins. The downstairs has one bedroom and a playroom. There are 3 full baths. The outside is landscaped along with a new inground pool and new grilling area added. This house is just across the street from the ocean. Nightly: Off: $200 Mid $275 Shoulder $350 Summer $400. Maid $140. ANCHORAGE - 606 Springs Avenue (5 BDRM) This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home was built in 1990 and has a spacious floor plan. It is approximately 20 seconds to the beach. There is a large ocean front screened porch. It has wood floors and high ceilings. The beds are: 1st floor: queen, Upstairs: queen, queen, queen, 2 twins. No pets. Nightly Rental Rate: Summer $650, Shoulder $400, Mid Season $350, Off Season $300. Maid $150. ARNETTE - 612 Scarborough Avenue This four bedroom home was built in 1945 and has approximately 1,250 square feet. There are four bedrooms: queen, double, double and 2 doubles in the 4th bedroom. There are 2 full baths, 1 with a tub & shower, 1 with a shower only. It is on the corner of Scarborough and Myrtle Avenues and takes approximately 4 minutes to walk to the beach. This does allow up to two dogs (sorry, no cats). It has wood floors. Nightly Rates: Summer $210, Shoulder $185, Mid Season $160, Off Season $140. Maid $115. Beach Dreams - 294B Atlantic Avenue This beautiful new oceanfront home has magnificent views, a gourmet kitchen and even an elevator! Watch the waves from any of the numerous porches. There is a gas fireplace for those cool fall or winter evenings and several TVs for those "un-sunny" days. Beach Dreams was built in 2006 and has almost 4,000 square feet. There are 6 bedrooms, each with its own bath. On the main floor, there is a king and 2 queens while upstairs, there is a king, a king, 2 bunks, 2 twins and a futon in the hallway. Nightly: Off $350 Mid $425 Shoulder $500 Summer $900. Cleaning $165. BIDE A WHILE - 619 Scarborough Avenue This home was built in 1990 and is about a 3 minute walk to the beach. House is on stilts with a screened porch facing east. The bedrooms are in the corners with baths between, the living/kitchen area is in the center of the home. The bed sizes are king, double, double, 2 twins. No smoking. No pets. Nightly Rates: Summer $200, Shoulder $175, Mid Season $160, Off $130. Departure cleaning $105. BLAKE - 204 Myrtle Avenue This quaint two bedroom home is about a 3.5 minute walk to the beach and shares the creek dock with the house across the street - Decreek. It has a queen and a double bed and nicely furnished. No pets. Nightly Rates: Summer $200, Shoulder $175, Mid Season $150, Off Season $125. Departure cleaning $90 BYRD HOUSE - 620 Doyle Avenue This well equipped home is only a two minute walk to the beach. It has 3 bedrooms on the main floor and the loft area upstairs has a daybed with a trundle. The bed arrangement is: queen, double and 2 twins. This house does not allow pets or smoking. Nightly Rates: Summer $225, Shoulder $200, Mid Season $175, Off Season $150. Maid $105. CARDIAC ARREST - 123 Atlantic Ave. This spectacular 5 bedroom home has great creek views from the living area as well as the porch and roof top deck. The main floor bedrooms have 2 doubles and a queen while the upstairs bedrooms have a king, a queen and 3 twins. There are 3 full baths, front and rear screened porches as well as a screened in play area under the home with a ping pong table. The washer/dryer is on the ground level. CLACKING - 241 Atlantic Avenue This well decorated and very comfortable home is just across the street from the beach with an approximate 2 minute walk to the beach. It has a covered porch from the master bedroom upstairs that faces the ocean. There is an extra sitting room upstairs with high speed internet access. There is also a screened in section under the home for playing which has children's swings. There are a total of six bedrooms. Upstairs there is a queen, queen and a double. There is a futon in the sitting room. The main floor has a queen, two twins and a queen bed. They prefer no smoking and do not allow pets. Maid $150 CUBBAGE - 572 Myrtle Avenue (5 BDRM) Cubbage is a wonderful home with open porches facing the north and east side of the house. There is a covered creek dock behind the house as well. There are 4 bedrooms plus an open loft oerlooking the living area. The beds on the first floor are: queen & twin and a queen. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms with 3 twins in one and 4 twins in the other. The loft has 4 twins. The living area is on the oceanside of the house with wonderful views and breezes. No pets allowed. DADS LEGASEA - 740 Springs Avenue (5 BDRM) Dad's Lega-Sea was built in 1990 and has open porches and decks facing the beach which is just a few steps away. Perfect for watching the kids play on the beach. It has 4 bedrooms with a loft. The beds are queen, queen, queen and 2 twins. There is a port-a crib available. The loft has 2 twins. No smoking and no pets. Nightly Rates: Summer $500, Shoulder $325, Mid Season $275, Off Season $250. Maid $115. DE CREEK - 203 Myrtle Avenue This two-level home is located on the creek with a shared creek dock close to a boat ramp if you want to put your john boat in the creek for some flounder fishing. There are 4 bedrooms total. Two are on the main floor that have a queen and 2 doubles. Downstairs bedrooms have outside steps for access and there is a stack washer/dryer and a full bath downstairs. The beds downstairs are: 2 doubles and 2 doubles. The wonderful screened porch is great for watching sunsets and there is an open deck with creek views as well. DELTA HOUSE - 394 Myrtle Avenue (6 BDRM) Have lots of family fun in this wonderful home with L-shaped screened porches. There are six bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms have a queen, queen, 2 twins, queen and twin. The main floor has a queen, 2 twins and a port a crib. There is also wireless internet access availalble. No pets, no smoking. DINOS RETREAT - 503 Hazard Street This home is located behind an ocean front home so you don't have to cross the street to get to the beach which is about one minute away. The living room and kitchen area open onto the screened porch and you can enter the widow's walk from the deck for breathtaking views of the ocean and creek. This house is all on one floor. There are 3 bedrooms with a queen, queen and 2 queens. The sleeper sofa is in the living room. Linoleum floors and carpet throughout. Final Day cleaning fee: $110.00. No pets, no smoking. GRAY HOUSE - 209 Gray Man's Loop This wonderful home is on a private cul-de-sac about a 5 minute drive to the beach. It has its own 40x20 pool. Decorated with low country art, this home is truly a special place to relax and unwind. Linens come w/this home, please strip the beds and start washing/drying them prior to leaving. This home has 3 bedrooms. On the main floor, there are 2 twins and two sofa beds in living area. Upstairs, there is a queen and a double.* No smoking, no pets. HENDERSON - 732 Springs Ave. This four bedroom home has a bedroom in each corner, with baths in between. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The living area is oceanfront with the kitchen behind it in the middle of the home and an enclosed sunporch area on the creekside of the home.
