Stay the Winter Season at Pawleys

Most Winter Rentals begin October 1 and end March 31.  The base monthly rents are listed with the houses, but does not include utilities.  The tenant must reimburse the owner for all expenses related to utilities.  Some homes may be available at a higher rate for rental periods less than six months.  Since some properties may not rent as a winter lease until later in the season, we may continue to rent these houses on a weekly basis, therefore the terms of each lease may vary.  Call office for details.

Anchorage Ocean Front - This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home is located on the south end of Pawleys. The large front screened porch is like having a second living area. The porch is very spacious and has ample seating for the whole family. There are hardwood floors throughout the house. The high ceilings help in making this home very open and light. BLAKE - 204 Myrtle Avenue This quaint two bedroom home is about a 3.5 minute walk to the beach and shares the creek dock with the house across the street - Decreek. DINOS - 503 Hazard Street This home is located behind an ocean front home so you don't have to cross the street to get to the beach which is about one minute away. The living room and kitchen area open onto the screened porch and you can enter the widow's walk from the deck for breathtaking views of the ocean and creek. This house is all on one floor. There are 3 bedrooms with a queen, queen and 2 queens. The sleeper sofa is in the living room. Linoleum floors and carpet throughout. Final Day cleaning fee: $110.00. No pets, no smoking. Monthly $975. Eavesdrop Ocean Front - Enjoy an original style Pawleys house with cypress wood throughout. Built in the 1930s, it has a screened oceanside porch with a walkway to the beach and a look-out on the dunes. There is wireless internet access and free long distance phone service. There are 5 bedrooms. The ground level bedroom has outside steps and has a double bed and a full bath. The main floor bedrooms have 2 twins and a double. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms with 1 queen in the oceanside bedroom and 2 twins & 2 bunks in the creekside bedroom. Baths 3 full. Friday rental. No smoking. No pets. Monthly $2000. FIDDLERS HIL - 130 Sea Dust Come relax and enjoy this beautiful setting. Fiddlers Hill sits on 3 acres with creek access and is an ideal spot for large families who enjoy privacy. This house has 6 bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms have a double, 2 twins, double & twin. Main floor has a double, double & twin, 2 twins. The two-story screened porch facing the creek is also an additional living area. You use the steps in the screened porch to enter the upstairs. There are two bedrooms on the south side of the house with a double and twin in each. The living area is in the front of the house and the kitchen is on the north side. The screened porch is off the living area on the south side. You share the washer/dryer with the upstairs which is located on the rear screened porch upstairs. You also have access to the crows nest upstairs with wonderful views. This house does allow one dog under 40 pounds, sorry no cats. No smoking. Monthly $650. LEE UP - 167 Atlantic Avenue-Up This upstairs of the house rents separately from September to May, it rents as part of the whole house in the summer months. MAKIES ON THE CREEK - 151B Atlantic Avenue Enjoy the creek from the large covered porch of this four bedroom home. The owners have the upstairs portion of the home. The bedrooms contain a queen, a queen, 2 twins and 2 twins. There is also wireless internet access. Two parking spaces for the house, please park the rest of the cars on the side of the road. No pets, no smoking. Monthly $825. MARSH VIEW UP - 274 Myrtle Avenue Up This 2 bedroom top floor of the house has nice views from the open porch. OWLS NEST - 588 Myrtle Avenue This 4 bedroom home is located on the corner of Hazzard Street & Myrtle Avenue, just a quick walk past two homes and you're at the beach.
