     All homes do not allow pets unless otherwise specified and the lease terms are for 12 months.  Lease terms for less than 12 months requires owners approval. Once a credit application is filled out and a $15.00 credit application fee is paid, if all is approved, a lease will be signed by all parties and the security deposit is due. Utilities need to be placed in the tenants name unless otherwise specified.
